Maltepe’de Konforlu Konaklama | The Hera Premium Hotels

It's a unique place that combines modern and traditional styles. Everything is decorated with a taste and offers all necessary conviniences to make your stay perfect. The apartment was large with two rooms and a kitchenette. There was even a microwave oven. The breakfast was wonderful and you can have it in the lovely small garden. There's one small garden in the front part as well. There's a parking lot for the guests that is quite rare in Istanbul. It's sirtuated in Maltepe but the transport is quite near. The staff was kind and very cooperative, and helpful and we would like to thank a lot to all the people that made our stay so pleasant.

My boyfriend is presently going to a university in Maltepe. I didn’t know what to expect in the area. When looking for a hotel they’re mostly along the highway. I read great reviews here. It was close enough to his school. There are coffee shops around the corner. If you want extra then what the hotel offers. Restaurants are within walking distance. There’s a mall area also about a 20 minute walk. The metro is a few feet down and around the corner. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is superior. The Day reception spoke good English. I speak English. He was a huge help. Showed me around the hotel. Helped with coffee when I asked. The owner frequents here. She was lovely. Even though she didn’t understand me. She invited me to sit with them. It really is the little things. The room had plenty of space. Kitchen area with a table. This was nice since we used food delivery service late. A little rug for prayer in the closet. They seen I was going out one day not dressed warm enough. They offered me a cover to put over myself. It was the perfect end to my holiday.I stayed one week here. The employees have worked here many years. Which is a good sign! The night reception was also a big help. Even though he spoke Turkish it was no problem. I’m so happy that I booked this hotel while staying in Maltepe. Hope to return soon

I want to thank all the people who work in this hotel, at the reception, in the restaurant and in the cleaning of the room, you are all wonderful people, thank you for your hospitality! I have spent two weeks in cleanliness, kindness and delicious food, im staying at this hotel for the second time, a little far from the center, but all the other pluses compensate for this small minus, the metro is very close, I recommend staying here, you will not regret it even once!

Stayed 4 nights. Located on Asian side. Classed as a business hotel. Area a bit run down. Lots of offices , construction going on. Hotel feels a bit out of place. No nearby shops or restaurants walking distance. Metro just outside with few mins walk which is very convenient and affordable way to get around other towns and cities.
Chose this hotel because son had teeth implants at nearby hospital in Maltepe and this hotel was very close.
Lovely clean hotel with good staff. My room was very spacious. Shower/ toilet was very clean. Room was cleaned every day.
Breakfast was included. Could be improved. Variety is not great or coffee. I mostly ate olives, cheese and bread.
Hotel ticked all the boxes and it was good value for money, but I would not choose to stay here again purely because of not finding a cafe or nearby place to pop out and eat or relax.

Very clean, demanding, friendly. We have been here several times. The reception and care is excellent. Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.Fresh, varied. Thanks to Ebru, the owner Lady, for everything.

Just beautiful the breakfast and to be seen again if not the staff and at the top the room always clean in short these are a really friendly hotel and if I have to return these there and not elsewhere so dark

The hotel was chosen based on its relative proximity to Sabiha Gokcen Airport, from where we were going to continue our voyage. We arrived at Istanbul's new airport and got to the hotel comfortably, but it took more than two hours. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but it's a long way from the sights, although land transport and the metro are very close. The room we got was excellent and, if the hotel had been in the center, it would have been prohibitively expensive. A huge bathroom, a tea and coffee set, a refrigerator, a TV with multiple satellite channels, wi-fi, a microwave and a view of the Bosphorus from the window. The room is clean and bright. The staff is very helpful. I liked everything! The breakfast is awesome. There is a large shopping mall a couple of metro stops away. We can safely recommend this hotel for both short stops and long stays.

I stayed at this hotel in transit for one night, arriving at Ataturk Airport, and departing from Sabiha the next morning. The hotel is located in the Asian part of Istanbul. It is very convenient to get to Sabiha Getchen Airport by bus E10, which stops within walking distance. This hotel has everything you need for your guests.
A very spacious room, a comfortable bed, a large bathroom with everything you need, an entrance hall with a table with a sink, a kettle and a microwave oven. The air conditioner is on, the TV is on, there are cups, glasses, towels are clean, the bed linen is crisp.Everything is very, very cool!
If I stay in this place in Istanbul next time, then only in this hotel.Thank you.

I stayed in this hotel in January for five nights and it was much more than I expected. The room was quite big and everything was so clean. The staff was wonderful, always willing to help if you have a problem or a question. The location is good, close to the metro station and also quiet. If you need to stay in the Asian part, this is one of the best hotels for its price.

I stayed for nearly one week in this hotel, and it was fantastic, amazing staff ,especially Okan on reception, everyone was so helpful and friendly, the rooms are very tidy and clean as is the whole hotel ,sparkling clean, designed to perfection all the little personal touches of the owner can be seen everywhere. the breakfast is delicious ,a Turkish buffet, Metro station 5 minute walk from the hotel. Just loved this hotel, looking forward to staying in it again if I ever go back to Istanbul..Thumbs up!

This was the first trip abroad for my younger 2. The rubbish agent booked it toofar out from tourist location but which meant long walks for small children even we was exhausted. The tram) metro facility is very near.

The hotel is clean spacious modern amazing breakfast buffet extremely welcoming staff from receptionist affectionate to cleaners which we really appreciate equally.

The manager + reception staff went out of their way to help find my lost passport and calmed me down as we was on route to airport at peak traffic when discovered.

They even let us stay free until 6pm as our flight was later + the stupid Home & Away agent didn't book it properly which meant we should have checked out at 12pm. Extremely generous welcoming kind clean. We had tea in their perfect sized cup for breakfast on our return.

Although I stayed for a day, the thing I liked most about this hotel is that there are friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and spacious. If I come to Istanbul again, it is a hotel that I will definitely come to. Make sure this guler face this cost is very little. Thank you so much for everything 🤗

I stayed here with my family for around 2 weeks. Beautiful decor! Beautiful rooms! Beautiful atmosphere! I loved loved loved this place. Will always come back here when in Istanbul. The staff were so helpful and kind. The hotel owner is a lovely and sweet lady. Make sure to ask her to show you her cats!

An affordable and clean Hotel on the Anatolian side. Jul. A quiet and central Hotel where you can stay during short business trips. A place I can definitely recommend. Far from the noise of the city. Number 5 at this price.
